tiger cub suspension seat

I am looking at new mowers for home use and would like to get a tiger cub. On scags webpage they list a suspension seat for the cubs under accessories. My local dealer says there is no such thing for a cub. I have a very rough yard so the suspension seat is important. So has anyone personally seen a suspension seat for a cub. I don't know why scag would have it listed if it isn't true.

I read the website and it sure indicates clearly that is only on the bigger models .....so not available for Tiger. If it that rough you maybe need to be looking at one of the top of line Ferris units.....

I've seen a number of seats for Scags listed on Ebay. You might look at your dealer and see if they have a larger mower with the suspension seat you can look at. I'm sure you could make it fit, but I think the mounting/track is different. I had to replace the track on my Tiger Cub (purchased used). It was broken, probably from rough terrain.

By the way, I found the seat tracks on Ebay, far cheaper than dealer prices.

or if you dont care about having the perfect color, save the $$ and get the $300 suspension seat that is that same one as scags' just different colors, and made by the same company
