Its a good start. A couple things to note.

You are putting spaces in your file names. This can cause issues, If you have to have a space, use a underscore (_) instead.

The white background contrasts pretty bad with the content. I'd advise looking at a color wheel and picking 3 colors that compliment each other nicely. The Black and the Green already do, so find a good background color.

Also, you are using dark green for links, yet you also used it for your "Mission Statement". This is confusing, as it appears to be a link but it is not.

You adhere to the KISS principle perfectly, your site layout is clean and content is easy to find. Just spruce it up and fix the colors, and add some pictures.

Very nice, that clean and simple look should give you less performance issues later plus leave you room to upgrade, the code looks good at a glance, I like it.
