commercial installs
i am concerned! i have been spending alot of time the past year bidding commercial landscape and irrigation jobs. For example schools,hotels restaurants etc... for g.c.'s and my % of jobs i am getting is terrible. at best 8%-10%. is it safe to say i am to high? or this side of the biz people just bid cheap? residential jobs my % is much higher. go figure
 what is some of you other guys/gals % of sales with this? thanks
