I use a TRAC-VAC for my 61" SCAG Turf Tiger, and it has a 5 HP B&S motor, and it works great.

[QUOTE] [Cutter1] I'm very happy with mine, only thing I carry extra for it is belts.[B QUOTE]

Mine was eating the belts right after I bought it. 1 belt lasted about a week, took it back and the dealer gave me a new one.
The second one didn`t last too much longer, it was obliterated, really torn up, they checked everything out and gave me the new belt. It lasted a while longer, but probaly need one now for leaf season.

Mowmoney sounds like your pulleys are out of alignment . BTW your mule drive belt has a lot more load on it than the vac belt.

BTW guys my system is set up for curb side vacuming. I hate to shut every thing off to get off mower and dump bags or trash cans. Ther is not much manual moving of leaves.

And you can take the vac off in a matter of minutes if you had to.
The poney motor is some what better for the fact of when your blades bog down your vac is still sucking hard and it keeps it from getting clogged
