Need idea of mulching price

I have to bid on a mulch job that will require 40 yards of cedar mulch at 35 dollars a yard. All the mulch beds are heavily overgrown with grass and weeds which is to be removed before putting weed barrier and new mulch down . I am thinking of around $5000.00 , Does anyone think im in the ballpark ,Not much of background in mulching here.

I am new to all of this myself, but a friend informed me he charges $100.00 per yard. We live in Southern Ohio near Cincinnati. I am sure he would charge extra for severly overgrown beds as that is a standard rate for his service.
