My sloped yard - one year later

So, I posted here a year ago because I was looking for a commercial style mower to help me handle the hills on my sloped acre in Connecticut. I settled on a World Lawn 28" and it has been great for the past year. However, I still struggled with the steepest part of my back yard. I posted pictures a year ago and I thought I'd share my progress.

This spring, I installed garden steps to help me, mom and th kids get up and down from our yard. Then I sectioned off the steepest and most useless part of the hill and covered it with landscapers fabric and covered that with mulch. We just had several heavy rainfalls and all is well with the new design.

Here are some before and after pics. Enjoy!

Ray

looks good, you could have planted some bushes in there to kinda fill in the area, but still looks good and you dont have to mow it.

Actually, bushes are definitely in the plans. I just finished what you see here.

Thanks!
