Couple of Questions

I have narrowed down my choices to a FasTrack 18/44 or a Cub Cadet Commercial Enforcer 44. I am leaning towards the Hustler mostly due to the sponsor support forum here and the responses and feedback given. Was the last year for the 18/44 '06 or were they continuing to be made in '07? What differences are there between '06 and '07 FasTrack machines, besides slightly larger decks and engines? I have been quoted what I believe to be a good price on the machine, but want to go ahead and get these questions answered so that I can make the best decision for myself.

BTW, thanks again for your support and know that if I end up with a Hustler in my garage, it is due to you and the level of support offered by Hustler.

The 18/44 FasTraks are no longer produced, they are available though we stopped making them late last fall.
The 48 replaces the 44 and the 54 replaces the 52 in the new FasTrak series.
There are some changes between the 2002 to 2006 / 2007 FasTrak's.
Here are the changes...
New style fuel tanks with larger gas cap / opening and sight gage.
Newer hydro's commercial model ZT 2800's with spin on filters.
Rubber discharge chute.
New deck sizes 48 and 54 inch.
Kawasaki engine options.
Newer exhaust set up for us, horizontal muffler.
Seat slide.
Spring platform for seat mounting.

In your opinion, is it worth another $200 for the '07?

Yes.
You get a lot for your $200.00
But that 44" is a great unit and a great price.
You will get larger fuel tanks on it also (12 gallons vs 7).

Mowed my yard yesterday after picking up the mower. Nothing but smiles! What used to be a 4.5 hour project was completed in just over an hour including about 15 minutes of learning how to drive it in the back yard! Thanks again!
