how do you seed with a CGM program?

I see that CGM labels say do not apply CGM till turf has been established for at least 90 days.
But how long do you need to wait from the last CGM application before seeding?

Never mind I found the information it is labeled for a 6 week duration.

So, to seed you need to have a 19 week period between CGM applications.

Very difficlut in the Northern plains indeed.
