Raised patios with concrete...

We have a job coming up here in a little while where the lady wants a concrete slab on top of the 24x20 raised versa lok that we are going to put up. In this type of situation, instead of fabric behind the wall, do we put a 6 mil plastic behind it to prevent seepage while the crete is still wet? (could NOT sell the lady on pavers no matter what I did. I was there 3 times to talk to her too!)

How tall is the patio? Are you intending on filling the entire patio with cement? or just the top 4-6"? We use concrete at times to fill in a landing or build up when making steps. Usually theres no fabric, unless you have big open spaces where cement can leak out. I would use solid plastic sheeting if staining is a issue on the wall face.
