Help w/ estimate commercial bid

Hey Guys,

I wanted to get some ideas about your thoughts of pricing this property for mow/trim. It is slightly over 75,000 sq ft of grass area and would require decent amount of trimming. Just would like to hear your thoughts.

I would charge somewhere between $150 and $200 per visit.

How long will it take you? $90 per hour with you and a helper. $125 per hour with you and 2 helpers. Looks like a 2hour job max with 3 people. JMO
$250 would be my bid
