i think caps look better when they are thick, like 4'' thick on a wall like that. gives it a much more commanding look.

Do you usually have to use an oxy-acetylene torch or just Mapp/propane? I can sometimes get propane to do it but it's hit or miss.

I tried propane.......once. Never popped.
The seating wall on the walkway has the same cap so we're making them match.......the bigger picture being that the walls in general match. |
