Wanting to start Nursery/ Green house

I would like to put up to Green houses and grow annuals or what ever makes money. I got 70 acers of room tons of water wells and springs. Free natural gas to heat if needed. tell me what are cost profit margins what makes money. Looking for guidance and support this is not going to happen for awhile as I have a lot of research to do help anyone?
