What hydraulic oild do I use on a dump insert???

I have a dump bed on my pick-up truck that is old and doesn't have a name or number on it anymore.

The hydraulic oil is low, but I don't know what kind to put in.

Does anyone know what I could or should put in???

Thanks!

Is the fluid that's in it now red in color ?
Maybe automatic trans. fluid ?

If not we use AW32 hydraulic oil in all our rental equipment both large and small.

But not knowing what's in it now I wouldn't just add but with the bed down (cylinder retracted) drain all the old oil and re-fill. Mixing oils could cause problems.
