that was my original thinking, but then i thought you only live once. and i truly don't get out anywhere near as much as i'd like, so even though it is several thousand more than i wanted to spend for an ATV, i justify getting it for my sanity. i test drove it for an afternoon, and my god, the only thing that even comes close is the kubota RTV with the fully enclosed A/C cab, but it doesn't handle anything like this, nor does it go as fast.

by the way no offness to people that like kubota utvs
but I would so get a polaris rzr over that. these thing are so trail ready
Its 50inch width will get you into almost any atv trail. IMO ITs almost prefect!

Thanks for the reply.

I read a lot of extreme stories about how the 450 engines needed very frequent oil changes, valve adjustments... and a lot more rebuilds than say a 400.

Heres a funny story. I was riding a stretch of powerlines for the first time yesterday. The road was blocked off my large boulders, but there was a river to the right side of me that didn't look any deeper than 1.5'. I was wondering why it didn't look like many guys had gone through the river before. All of a sudden I found out. There was a nice 4' deep hole in the river right where I needed to go. I mean it was DEEP! I would only assume that the power company did that on purpose. I managed to get across it, but then had to turn around and go through it again to get home. I won't be going that way again until I can figure out another way around!
