Off Topic Football

I don't post outside this forum so the mods may move me. 5 top ten teams went down this week. USC - Wash looked close from the score. Now that TX and OU have lost I don't feel so bad about my Ags getting crushed by Miami.

Can't wait for Cowboys vs Patriots on 10/14. Got two potential trap games with Rams and Bills. Want both teams undefeated.

USC was the better team yesterday (although MANY errors) but WA played them VERY tough. I still say USC won't make it through the season unbeaten and I'll bet that the national championship game may have two teams with at least one loss, one team might even have two losses.

Rams should be no problem. Offensive line is hurting and Bolger makes too many mistakes. I miss Kurt Warner.

Is that one to Dallas? Either that or you are figuring they'll give one away at the end to rest players for the playoffs.

I think there's a conspiracy amongst the New England Patriots ownership in that they probably turned themselves in regarding the "signal stealing" incidents. It will now rally the players around Coach Bill, give them all a chip on their shoulders to prove that they're a good team that can win even when under the close scrutiny of the NFL. Although I don't like the Pats I'd put money on them to win the Super Bowl this year.

I'm thinking late in the season we have some tough away games..
Baltimore,Indy,Dallas...so out of those 3 I think we will yeild 1 loss.

My buddies think the 1 will be in Miami....WE always have a tough time with the dolphins.

Saw replays of the Cal-Ore game. Similar fumble to the Ag/Fresno State game. Everybody is trying to cross the pylon with the football.

The CAL-OR game was a good one. Receivers are trying to do too much. Go out of bounds at the 1-yard-line and let the team punch it in from there. Receivers are turning into glory hounds and it's costing their teams games.
