sealing brick pavers

A lawn customer asked me to seal their patio and porches. All of it is brick pavers, and it is HUGE! It might be to big for me to handle. Anyway, I am unsure about several things. And I was hoping you guys would help.

Is my 2700 3 GPM pressure washer going to get it done? I am planning to buy a 16-20 inch surface cleaner.

Do I just roll it on with a super thick napped roller, like when I sealed an aggregate driveway?

Is it going to be to cold this time of year?

When trying to establish a cost to quote them, I came up with the following;
Per 100 sq ft.
1 hour labor(for washing and sealing)=$30
equipment(washer and surface cleaner)=$25
sealer=$35
Which comes up to $.90 per sq ft.
Is this reasonable? Did I figure enough for equipment costs/depreciation? Am I selling myself to cheap at $30?
I do not have a figure for misc items like cleaning chemicals, rollers, brushes, or whatever else comes up. Maybe you guys can think of the whatevers?

Thanks in advance for any info or advice. The sooner the better, as they are expecting an estimate in the near future.

Thanks team.
What kind of specs on your washer? And I am really curious how much area you cover in a man hour?
