Dear Realtor, Please don't ask me to spruce up this yard for 12.00 dollars. I know it only takes an hour, but I am trying to run a business. I do appreciate you telling me about all the business you'll be sending my way. I just can't live off hope alone.

Sincerely,
Just a Peon With 80,000 in Equipment I Have To Pay For.

I haven't sent realtors letters, but I do have a few realtors that refer work my way. Alot of times its clean ups, but I've picked up a few lawn care accounts and a few irrigation jobs. The key is to network with them.

Best way to get business out of realtors is to marry one. Then the "good ol' boy" network kicks in, and they'll take care of ya.
