Some of these are subtle, but they illustrate the point I brought up earlier. It is very easy to change the perception of how much space you have to work with or the terrain of the site.

I'm still quite cofident that there is little more than a 3' bed there and it is probably less at the corners, but you can see that even the rediculous mock up that I added that shows trees looks like it will work. But it does not!

If everything were designed for low maintenance the world would be a lot less interesting. Just like if they did not offere chocolate chips in some granola bars.

The hilarity was not in the "get rid of the turf" comment, it was what was typed in paranthesis.
