how to change Hydro oil on Toro Timecutter z420 rider ?

hello, have a toro 'time cutter Z420 purchased from home depot...what's the best way to change the hydro oil in these ? Will i need to take the actual motors off the machine, or can i just unbolt the covers ? Don't want to unbolt and have parts fall out...my last machine just had a cover on the back of the motors, i just had to unbolt that and tilt the machine back for the oil to drain out....also which oil is best to replace back in the hydros ? Thanks
