Learning how to compost Books?

I have started my own lcc and want to offer compost to my customers. I do not want to pay for somthing that I can make but after reading several threads..... I know nothing of organics or composting. Can someone point me to a good book please, winter is coming and I'll have to tune out the wife with somthing.

There are several wonderful authors of composting books, one of the best sources is a bunch of farmers that have been doing it for generations

http://www.acresusa.com/

Another great source is Elaine Ingham from the soil food web she has got composting down to a science, I do not say that lightly, she is DA MAN for composting

Just remember, the bottom line is, if it is not a nice finished aerated compost, it's just S***
