I gotta totally agree with Joe. After Katrina we bought an offshore generator because it was all we could find and needed something in a hurry. Ran flawless for a week but then the govoner broke and it revved up and spit out the flywheel.

Parts ? Yeah right... I can buy a complete new Jiang dong motor but instead we are rebuilding it with an old briggs motor. You get what you pay for. The cheap china machinery and tooling is in the lead for the worst investments.
