Alaskan MK III saw mill attachment

I see one of these at superior saw. Do any of you have experience with these. It is like a saw mill that hooks onto the end of your chain saw. Wondering if they are for real, or if they are difficult to use.

If you were up on a mountain and wanted some lumber but had no roads to drive your truck on, this would be a good deal. Seeing as you are in a good sized town, the local saw mill would be your best bet for custom lumber.
