M60 Tank, WB, Trailer and small equip. for sale

I have the following equipment for sale. All of them are less than 2 years old. I have used them for 2 seasons servicing 10 to 20 accounts per week. These accounts were all residential and had lawns of less than 1 acre, so there are not a lot of hours on the equipment. Some of the items like the 21" Honda, hedge trimmers and the chainsaw have barely been used. The hedge trimmers were only used for one week-long job. I am in the Frederick, MD area. I am interested in the walk-behind you have for sale but the prices is a bit high. The mower is not even 5k new so 3,300 for one with almost 300 hours seems steep. PM me if you have a better price.
