A CAPITAL idea?

Just had a thought....

How about lobbying lawnsite.com to start some financial rewards.... For instance, easy winners could be picked in the following categories:

1: Most posts in a month (volume)
2: Got voted "Post of the month" by his peers (popularity)
3: Started the most popular thread of the month as measured in responses.

This could be fun, and rewarding, and certainly would increase the hit rate of the site to the betterment of the sponsors and advertisers.

So, what say ye?

I am apart of another forum called glamisdunes.com. It resolves around the desert camping lifestyle. But they have things that when you hit certain amount of posts you get T shirts and bumper stickers. After like 10000 you get a special title and they have other special things they send out. It is pretty cool.

im jus tpokin fun at ya james. Post of the month my be ok. They do have kinda a thread of the month thing where they print a thread in TURF magazine. I dont think you get that up there but we get the southern edition.

Actually, it is a good idea. I think we can put something together where people are rewarded for being loyal active members of the community. Let me feel around and see what I can come up with - maybe whoever gets to 20,000 posts first gets to choose which member of the forum gets banned....just a joke, calm down....

I think it could be more fun yet if we made it like Survivor and could vote people off the island.

If that didn't work chopping them up and feeding them to the sharks might.
