Symbiot not contracted with deere (lesco)?

My reasons for joining were lesco and john deere landscapes when they were still with them. I saw the handwriting on the wall as soon as john deere bought them. I will say, if they pull a fast one and get a good new supplier, I will consider staying. There are however, not all that many national options that I know would fit the bill.

UAP now buys Fertilizer from the old Lesco Blending plants. They care the exact same Blends at lower prices in most cases. If you remember, Lesco sold off their Fertilizer Blending Plants. I have purchased Pallets from UAP that actually had a Lesco Labelled bag in it. BTW same Label word for word, Same Fert.

Unfortunately, my local UAP, UHS, or whatever they want to be called does not do a good job at all of sales. I have sent them lists on several occasions over several years for quotes and have yet to recieve any information. I guess they must have some cust. somewhere they take good enough care of to stay in business and don't have to worry about new business. Oh well, without Symbiot, there's $900 I can invest in something else for '08.

I figured I would save $1200.00. I guess nothing is consistent with symbiot.
I now have 2 payments for the new truck I want.

There is a UAP north of me but not close enough for me to consider.

I have a vendor closer that uses the old lesco plant and labels it under "greenstar" I think or the bag has a green star on it. I dont remember. I used some this spring and it was the same as lesco but a different analysis by one or two numbers.
