Have you started marketing fro commercial properties yet? Things are crazy around here for business wanting quotes already?

I don't know about here, but in Midland I never did get much call for commercial.

hey dynamic I am a 2 yr in the biz from ontario and only do residentials but I am getting calls for commercial already. some really jump up on it eh!

Hey oneshot, how is the the Fall? Do you focus just on the falls or surrounding area. I lived on Lake ST. in ST. Catharines for a few years. (Not in the lawn care then). Great potential their expecially with Niagara on the lake I would think. How do you advertise for commercials to be getting calls already? Good luck hope you get them all!

yeah with the commercials i am in the yellowpages and grab calls from there.Also walk ups from on the street. Primarily I'm in Niagara Falls the work has been here so why cast a large net if their biting in the local pond, keep travel time minimal to cut more lawns.It's great to talk to someone north of the border in the same biz. wish there was a few more out there.
