Getting Commercial Contracts

What methods are you using to contact commercial accounts to bid on yearly contracts and when is the best time to do this.
We are seeking more commercial work but are running into some brick walls.
What department or person is the best contact?

lwelve, welcome to LawnSite. Do a search there have been numerous posts pertaining to this very topic. In my experience most places make their decisions Mid-Late March. Just go to whatever place your seeking to bid on and ask who is in charge of taking care of that. Ask if they are accepting bids for the work.
