http://norfolk.craigslist.org/cto/3368723110.html looking at this truck relly need a cheep truck for next season till I can upgrade would be pulling a 14 ft open and possibly 20 ft enclosed was thei anything wrong with this year or model any help or opinions apriceated

not gonna be winning any races with it or passing too many people pulling with that 5.7, but they are good motors and cheap to fix. as far as the rest of the truck, probably one of chevy's flagship trucks, probably can outlast and be put through more hell than any newer truck.

That 5.7 will pull the open no problem and will struggle a hair with the enclosed. Easy truck to work on.

Fair. Maybe a tad high. Check for rust and check those tires. You will be close to 2k just in hd tires

I have the same truck except my is a 2000 single cab 4 x 4 cab and chassis it will pull both trailers very easily the only thing to check is when it starts up if it grinds don't buy it because It have starter problems and there's no way to fix it If it doesn't grind the truck will be great for you and it will be a gas hog you'll be lucky to get 8 miles a gallon with a trailer without a trailer you get about 10
