FAQ suggestion: add a "when to use" FAQ

FAQ #1 names the products,
FAQ #2 explains rates to apply at and what the product is made up of.
and FAQ #3 does a great job at explaining what is going on in the soil.

But I am still confused as to when to apply various products.
i.e. soil test shows x : apply y

I think a straightforward approach like this would do wonders to help develop good organic programs.

For whatever reason I have yet to find this info in any organic literature. My only guess is that is so new that no one really know the answer to this.

I think this is because there is no general answer to that question. If you get more specific, then you will generally find an answer.
