Briggs 4hp Governor Spring (s) Linkage Question

Hey guys...my neighbor was tinkering with his push mower and broke the governor springs off his throttle. He wants my help, but I want to check and make sure the linkage is right so his muffler doesn't glow in the dark. The model # is 11B 544C062 (4hp Briggs Quatro) Does anyone have a diagram?

I know it has two springs, and the flywheel blows the sail to open the throttle, but Id feel better about knowing the correct linkage before I mess with it. Thanks guys!

Both springs hook to the eye in the link rod, The smaller spring is governed idle and goes closer to the flywheel cover.
