Table scaps in compost...
How big should they be? Should things like ears of corn, orange peels, etc. be (1) used at all? and (2) broken into smaller pieces or is it okay to just and the whole ear of corn in there? Thanks for any input!

The technical answer is ...........it depends, but is typically fine
If you have large enough mass and turn it properly you will never be able to tell that there was an ear of corn in there
