Drop a aux. line out of the main hot water line and through the cabinet, make a loop if desired. To get fancy, and just in case of fire, install a smoke or heat sensitive pressure valve on the aux line, inside the cab. in case a fire breaks out. A little pipe, about a half hour, and about $30 or so bucks should do the trick.

I'am a little late getting in on this one but I have the same problem...I have no basement,in the house is not an option either.How about the crawl space under the home ? Its vented and allways above the freeze point.What do you think...should work and be safe.John
