Does Anyone have a Chick-Fil-a Contract?? Have the plans for a store they are building and would like to fax them to an experienced Co. to help with bid..New to the business and I'm sure I can do what they want but w/o seeing the grounds I can't tell How to price it. It's Just the maintenance

If you have te plans you should be able to tell the sg footage of turf, what kind of turf, how many hedges and trees and what kind they are. From this info just price it as you do your other props.

I have a friend who had the chance to bid on Chick -a-Flick but decided not to do it because they were going to make him do like 5 or so and it wasn't worth the driving time. Always remember you should bid higher than normal b/c you are going to have trash. If you have a bagger use it to pick up the trash. Save you some time.
