Only thing i would add is the price for each cut. i did this last year cuz i wanted to pick up a few more accounts i put out 50 of them on a few streets and got 5 calls with the go ahead to cut there grass. the key to this is i went about $2 cheaper per house on those streets because there is no drive time and its very profitable that way. jmo

AND a price says cheap to me plus every yard may be different so if you put a price you are stuck

On the left "installation" is not capitalized as the second word, yet everything else is. I do not think you need to place "delivery" and then list what you deliver and add etc. I think that is kinda tacky. I would just replace it with 'material delivery' or something similar to that. If someone needs something to be delivered they will call and ask if you deliver the product anyway.

Maybe change Skid Steer work to Bobcat work? I've had home owners look at me like I have three heads when I say skid steer, but they all seem to know what a bobcat is...
