Toro Z400 speed?

Hey Guys,
I'm new to the site and I have been looking for an answer that I cant seem to find. I have decided to buy a toro z400 with a 34" deck (for residential) I currently have a 36 WB belt drive. Every one says the Z is significantly faster but I want to know what significantly means? Is the time savings going to pay the exta 2 grand for the Z?
