6x10 enclosed Landscape trailer ?

Hi Guys... I'm thinking about buying a 6x10 enclosed trailer. Since i have no garage where i live, buying a enclosed trailer is very important , to protect my equipment from mother nature & it deters theft. I dont wanna pay monthly to store my trailer at a coverd yard either. My question is , I wanna put a 44" WB & a 44" ZTR in the trailer. I will mount my weed eaters, blowers, edgers, etc. on the walls to get them out of the way. Is 6x10 trailer big enough to store the equipment i jus listed the Wb & ZTR ? Its a single axle trailer also if that helps. Thanks for all your help..

That is a lot of weight for a single axle trailer. I don't think all that will fit in the 6X10. I would recomend a 6X12 to suit your needs or a dual axle 6X14. I don't know what you have to pull this trailer so I can't truely reccomend one or the other.

Go with a tandem axle, as you will find that it pulls alot better. And as everyone else will tell you, go with as big as you can afford right now, because, inevitabally, you will outgrow it. Shop around, you can usually come across some decent used ones. Where abouts in Michigan are you?

I bought larger than I needed. 16' tandem. I carry a 60"Z, 36 wb, tool box, gas cans, spreader, etc. It didn't take long to fill this thing up with an aerator, bags of seed, fertilizer, etc. My trailer is open but weight distribution and added room is important. If I were to buy an enclosed trailer it would have to be at least 16'.

I'm with these guys, go with at least a 6x12 w/a 3000lb or better single axle, tandem preferred. there should not be too big of a price difference between the 10 and a 16' so base your decision on your expansion plans. Also either way remember to add the 100 or 200 bucks for brakes, you'll be glad you did.

get at least a 7 by 14. youll regret that small trailer in the long run. i dont even think a 10 ft trailer will fit both those mowers too good. do yourself a favor and buy bigger now, youll want the room in the long run.

I have a 6x10 enclosed trailer for 1 walkbehind, 1 trim mower, trimmers, and blower. Works great for me. I needed an enclosed trailer and picked this one up real cheap. I think you will need a bigger trailer for the stuff you want to pack.

I've got a 6x10 enclosed. I don't use it to haul mowers, I use it more as a tool crib. Its nice not to have to unload all the stuff at the end of the day. I think its too small for what you want to carry, but it could handle one mower and the blowers and what not mounted on the walls.
