saw this today

in the last week we got 8"+ of snow and it has been anywere from 8degrees to the current temp of 50. on friday and saturday a rather large and well known landscape company did and install at a new resaruant that is opening soon. they took a bobcat and cleared the snow and then seeded the front lawn.is this going to work or did they just scam this place. btw it is going to be teens and twenties here for the next week to 10 days.

No... they did not scam the restaurant. And moreover you do not become a rather large and well known landscape company by scamming anyone let alone a high profile new restaurant. The end result is going to be just a huge business card for them.

I think he was suggesting that they may have done the installation at the incorrect time, considering that it is still freezing weather !!

Its acctually better, the rain and anymore snow will soak the seed into the ground so come spring time they'll have a really good looking lawn. I always overseed lawns after fall cleanups and come spring after the seed has well soaked into the dirt, that warm weather brings up a beautiful lawn.
