where do you guys get the mailing lists that you are sending post cards to? are you using a marketing company? current contact lists?

www.whitepages.com

go there then click on REVERSE LOOKUP at the top of the page

you can type in your street name and it will give you every address on that street

Yuo can get the names and addresses of all the homeowners in your county for a nominal fee ($20). You can select specific neighborhoods, lot sizes, number of bedrooms. It it all public record and there for you.
