I've been using the extreme mulching blades, cuts the raking time down abit, except for my commercial prop, big parking lot. I am tired of leaves, they suck. I'd rather cut every week then deal with the leaves.

I think I would stick with the leaves. I am getting used to them and the cooler weather, and doing lawns every 2/4 weeks.

we have lots of leaves, just have a good system to get them up quick. We use 2 blowers to get them onto the concrete/driveway, then put the mower deck way down low and kind of plow them into piles. While one person is picking up the piles the other goes and gets whats left with the billygoat.

Did you read that I picked up more than 2 tons of leaves from about 20 yards last week? I get to do those same yards again next week.

If you have a good system then its not all that bad at all. Deffinately sucks doing leaves solo, also where to put them when you have a ton to pick up at a time, they take up space fast. I'm thinking about getting one of those push leaf vacs that mulch and bag them up. Scott are you using one when you say get what's left with the billygoat? If so how do you like it?

so, who here is affected by the new water restrictions for the city of Tampa? Luckily, the restrictions aren't that bad up here....yet, but I do have a few in Tampa Palms/Arbor Green area.....

1 day a week watering from your hose? this should be interesting....

We should be fine here in Pasco. Tampa gets its water from our wells on Aaron (SP) Cutoff off 52 and 41.

Still once a week isn't really helping right now.

Although the Bahia is starting to turn on regardless of water, just the heat is getting it going.
