Some people are just dumb. I get a call from a customer on Tuesday saying don't bother coming this week grass hasn't grown. Today genius calls ranting he is having a Halloween party and wants it cut now. Complains I should have checked back after a couple of days. WTF. Dumbazz is lucky he prepaid for rest of year.

What vendor list do I need to be on to do more foreclosures. Or does any one have a list of banks that handle them.

The house next door to me was foreclosed on and a lady came by to do an appraisal for the bank so I gave her my card. She asked me if I had a list of banks that handle foreclosures. I told her no so she said she would email it to me but I have not seen it yet. Just thought I would ask around.

Little bit nippy last night. Had to turn on the electric blanket. Sitting on the back porch drinking coffee and getting ready for deer hunting in Buffalo next weekend. Wife is mending nicely, 1 more week in the big black boot, then therapy. Doing leaves solo sucks and blows at the same time.
