There are barely any landscape companies here. I see 30 every day in my area. The ones I saw here are scrubs. I saw one Isuzu, that's it. Everyone else was in a beat up truck with beat up wood on the sides...did you guys run trailers back in your hay day?

I laugh when I see Florida plants here like fichus and hibiscus. It is rare but I did see some. Man, the Canaries here are absolutely beautiful. They are just something else.

Yep 7x16 opens with 4ft sides and two K20 diesels from the USAF surplus sale. How is the housing market?

I guess most guys go the truck route and throw everything in the back. I have yet to see a landscape that looked awesome. Most look like hack jobs...

Housing has def turned around here. Inventory is very low, this high prices. The deals to be had were about the last 3 years or so. Everything is obviously higher here and you get less house for those prices. I don't doubt I could be successful out here. The question for me, is now the time to move...rates are prob going to go up soon as well as housing prices. I was told that people have to bid right when a listing goes up and they are going for above asking price....
