Probably not the 6 months of 100% humidity you won't love it.

Yes, it is oversaturated with hacks and scrubs.

Grass ain't always greener my friend. If you come down here with the attitude of I don't drop my gate for less than 45 dollars you will quickly fail.

When it's hot out you want it to be cool out. When it's cold out you want it to be warm out. The fact of the matter is you work with what you got. I can tell you this, at 7:00am when I'm gassing up my mower and mixing gas and oil I'm already sweating and I'm in good shape. The humidity is to be respected. I drink a gallon of Gatorade a day and it's all sweated out.

Hell yes. In winter I go home 5lbs lighter, in summer its 8lbs. The term "Africa hot" applies here.

At 22/cut....I would assume your two man crews are knocking out 30 properties a day, if not more....for your sake that is. I used to do cable work down there....not so fun in attics in the Bay area during the summer.

I don't envy the guys that crawl around in my attic digging through fluff to get to the HVAC and cable, and electrical items.
Remember too our yards are much smaller. A two man crew does a typical 4k of turf in 12-17 minutes and that would typically be 120 a month with 42 to 46 cuts per year. Any smart LCO down here doesn't do per cut.
