release of liability form

I'm looking to hang Christmas lights this year. Just the basic stuff not the big production that some people do. I'm looking for a legal document that I can use that will release my liability for any problems (fires, circuit breaker problems etc.) that may occur. Something that says that I am being hired to just hang the lights and am not responsible for anything else.

Any links to sites or suggestions on where I can find this sort of liability release document would be greatly appreciated.
