Concrete company was supposed to have the original slab removed by last Friday, but they still have another day ahead of them from what I saw this afternoon. I've included a couple of pictures I took this afternoon. I had them demo two large trees that I didn't want my guys cutting down.
We had 4 large pines trees removed too that died when the fire took place years back. Soil has started to dry up, so compaction can take place soon.

They will shoot grades this week and form the slab.

Plumbing rough and electrical in slab will go in next week, interior beams will be dug then post tension cables will be strung up and eventually concrete will be poured.

I'd like to have it framed and dried in within 30 days if at all possible.

Here are some pictures from a townhome we are supposed to start on Wednesday. Somehow I doubt we will be starting Wednesday...

I went and checked the site this weekend, and noticed that all dimensions they provided were off by anywhere from 10- 25 ft. Needless to say it went back to being re designed.
