How's CS treating you, I'll be down in a weekend or so to irrigation a few houses and landscape some stuff. you're welcome to hang around if ya want. teach you how to glue some pipe, and plant a 2k landscape in 4 hours

The biggest headache of a plan ever. Project started off being 36k, I'll be surprised if we bill 20 on this one.

kinda sorta. might be moving in on friday. septic was being installed today and they dug through the power line. thankfully it wasnt HOT.

driveway was poured last week, and i left out (3) 12' x 12' squares to do a paver inlay into the concrete. should turn out pretty cool!

what is the concrete square by the driveway entrance for, looks like there is one on the other side as well?
