Is this a ZTR? If it is, there has to be something wrong with it if a dealer is selling that for $2500. I sold a ZTR with 3 times those hours for a lot more money and the new owner has only had to replace a belt after 3 years of using it.
If you do buy this now, you won't get to use it until spring and your warranty will be up by Christmas.

I think this is one of those things that look like the Walker, if I'm not mistaken. They were taken out of production, as they didn't go over so well. Toro and Exmark had a unit out like this, also. I think the Exmark was called the Explorer, or something like that.

Jim, I have one right now and i wouldnt give you a nickel for a truck load of the D!@N things. First 10 hours burnt the clutch and the thing has nickel and dimed me ever since. Wont climb a hill i think thats what burnt clutch up. I bought this to do leaf pick ups with or just to have a extra toy beacause i like my toys and have not been satisfied since. Its not a machine that you know you can go out on and not have problems with. Very high maintenance also. Only have about 70 hrs on the thing and i hate to take it out because i know something is going to break. Oh yeah hopper dont hold enough product either spend more time dumping than picking up leaves. Hope I have helped!!!!!!!!

We have a Cougar and a Turf Runner. They are high maintainence, but if you maintain them you will get good service out of them both. We have 800 hrs on the Runner and 600 on the Cougar. Have not had any major problems with the Cougar but these are used on the nicer properties.

My helper and I looked at one a few weeks ago. Its big, bulky, and heavy. Sounds like the dealer took it in trade and wants to move it out the door. The part I liked on the machine was that it has 3 blades and a deep deck.
