Organic also. You also need a liscence if you spread seeds since most of them have some kind of chemical applied to the seed shell. They would probably want you to have a liscence even if you just peed on the lawn.

you need a license. however the dept of ag is way to lax on inforceing it. only 40 citations in anoka county since 1970.
