spraying vs. weedeating??

I hear people talking about spraying around areas that need a lot of trimming vs. weedeating it everytime... Can someone clue me in on what that all entails?? What to use, how often, when you should or shouldn't etc..

you need to be licensed to spray. once you have gone through the process of getting a pesticide license you will understand how to read labels which tell you how often to apply it, at what rate, weather conditions, etc.
