Contact for Gravley XDZ 144Z Cutting issue
Does anyone know of the proper way to resolve an issue of cut quality on a new ZTR, I have not been happy since the day I brought it home. I havetried deck pitches and double blading and have yet to get a used Exmark type of cut. Dealer has offered phone support but that has been about it. I take care of my spread and it is not usedin a commercial setting but this unit should be able to cut with out clogging the discharge when cutting tall dry grass, my chokes up big time and even collects about 10lbs of debris under the deck after a few hours around the place. I could have kept my 10yr old joy stick country clipper and done what I do with this one.
Any suggestions woud be appreciated. |
