How durable has the billygoat force blower been

It has been out a few years now and I am wondering what you guys think of this plastic blower. Thanks.

they have a problem with the imprellas(fans) i can not say exactaly what but the local dealer here has replaced nearly 50 of the all under warrenty and he says they stil have not fixed the problem yet so it will keep happing

fans.......

first production had a series of bad welds that mounts the hub that holds the fan to the hub that slides on the crank shaft. Billygoat will send out an updated fan directly to the dealer to file a warranty on. It was a hit or miss thing. This was on the first production like I said. It has been adressed in last years and current production. This had nothing to do with "plastic" impellers or fans. It was the metal that actually was the problem...haha.

Fans on the blowers can be tough. Alot of rpm and vibration. Little Wonder had an issue a few years back with the fans coming loose. They came out with a new hardware kit. We had a couple rental blower that the cranks got wrecked on becasue of it and Little Wonder wanted no part in paying for the engine repairs, even though their fan is what caused it.

So in a nutshell, the plastic has not been an issue.
